Evolutionary Guidance Media R&D, Inc. is led by award-winning siblings, Dr. Dana Klisanin and Melisca Klisanin. Their combined expertise spans multiple industries with accolades achieved in the fields of futures studies, retail design, product design, media design, psychology, education, game design, industrial design, and branding. They bring a diverse network of professionals together to tackle projects, large and small. Their combined expertise is the “secret sauce” behind many successful ventures.

Dana Klisanin

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Dana Klisanin leads research & design. An award-winning psychologist & futurist, Dana designed the first “social impact media” framework before “ESG” was a catch phrase and conducted pioneering research at the intersection of digital technology and human values, including altruism, kindness, and heroism. Her research interests span a wide gamut but all seek to support human wellbeing and the planetary stewardship. Dana's scientific research is published in numerous journals and books, and is the subject of interviews for Time, BBC, USA Today. She serves as the President’s Envoy to the United Nations on behalf of the World Futures Studies Federation. Dana is a Dzogchen practitioner and enjoys writing and speaking on behalf of the natural world.

Melisca Klisanin 

Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, Melisca Klisanin leads creative ideation and development. An award-winning designer and educator, Melisca is a pioneer in "experiential play." Her talent has increased the bottom-line for Fortune 500 companies and Mom & Pop shops for two decades. Her creative talent has touched virtually every continent – whether designing experiential events, retail spaces, home environments, gardens & landscapes; branding cosmetics, chocolates, or clothing; designing carpets, baby cribs, or perfumes – she is inspired by nature, technology, and ancient techniques. Her works are in the collections of notables, including Bill and Melinda Gates, Trudie Styler and Sting, Frances McDormand and Joel Coen. She practices Anthroposophy and enjoys art, storytelling, and gardening.
